Durable Rope Systems for Aquaculture and Fish Farming
Aquaculture and fish farming systems operate under constant exposure to seawater, UV radiation, and biological growth, requiring rope solutions with long-term durability and minimal maintenance. We provide engineered rope systems using PE, PP, polyester, and UHMWPE fibers, optimized for different functional areas within aquaculture installations.

3-strand PE and PP ropes are widely used for nets, longlines, and secondary connections due to their excellent resistance to water absorption and biofouling, as well as their lightweight and economical nature. For cage mooring grids and structural support lines, 8-strand polyester ropes offer higher strength, better abrasion resistance, and reduced elongation, maintaining cage geometry and system stability.
In offshore or high-load aquaculture environments, 12-strand UHMWPE ropes are applied as main load-bearing lines and anchor connections. Their high strength and low weight improve installation efficiency while ensuring reliable long-term performance in harsh marine conditions.
